A high-end residential development comprising two two-storey buildings and 22 apartments, located on Via Pantin in Scandicci, in a quiet green setting with convenient access to the city’s main services.
The project involved the redevelopment of a previously abandoned area, without using additional undeveloped land. The intervention helped reconnect an area adjacent to Parco dell’Acciaiolo, integrating contemporary architecture with the surrounding landscape.
Large glazed openings, spacious terraces, private gardens and a carefully selected palette of colours and materials define bright, harmonious buildings. The modern façades interact naturally with the greenery, creating continuity between the interiors and the outdoor spaces.
The apartments, ranging from 82 to 119 square metres, feature four or five rooms, two bathrooms and private garages. Ground-floor units include generous private gardens, while the apartments on the upper floors benefit from large, liveable terraces.
All homes were built to energy class A standards, using technologies focused on energy efficiency, sustainability and reducing environmental impact. A project in which construction quality, attention to finishes and careful coordination of the different works contribute to creating comfortable, efficient residential spaces that are fully integrated into their surroundings.
