A renovation project involving a historic villa in Bargino, a hamlet of San Casciano in Val di Pesa, set within one of the most evocative landscapes of the Tuscan countryside.
The project was developed with the aim of restoring and enhancing the building while preserving its architectural identity and its connection with the surrounding area. The works required particular care in maintaining the original character of the structure, combining respect for its history with contemporary standards of comfort and functionality.
A complex intervention, managed through the coordination of the different phases of work and careful supervision throughout the entire process, with the aim of giving the villa new life without altering its distinctive charm. The result is an elegant and welcoming residence, harmoniously set among the Chianti hills and reflecting the area’s aesthetics and traditions.
