A comprehensive renovation, seismic improvement and energy-efficiency project designed to give the community of Montelupo Fiorentino a safer, more modern and more functional public building.
The project focused on the Town Hall’s external envelope, including the refurbishment of the façade, the installation of external thermal insulation and the replacement of windows and doors. The building also underwent seismic upgrading and the heating system was renewed, with the aim of reducing energy consumption and the building’s environmental impact.
The first-floor spaces, dedicated to public services, were reorganised to improve reception, accessibility and privacy. The new layout includes larger spaces, a more functional reception area, a waiting area and an exhibition space dedicated to local artworks and products.
