A new winery set among the hills of Lastra a Signa, built within Villa Ilangi’s 50-hectare estate to strengthen the identity and offering of the agricultural and hospitality business.
The facility makes it possible to manage the entire wine production process in-house: from grape harvesting and winemaking to bottling and storage. A project designed to create a short supply chain and enhance products with a strong connection to the local area.
Particular attention was paid to environmental sustainability, with the aim of creating a zero-impact winery capable of blending harmoniously into the landscape while combining production efficiency, construction quality and respect for nature.
The project adds a functional and contemporary space to Villa Ilangi, supporting the development of an agricultural model based on local production, careful selection of raw materials and the enhancement of the Tuscan countryside.
